Budgets also allows you to plan and track spending on household projects like renovating a kitchen or building an extension. By comparing allocated v actual spend, we’ll help you to stay within budget.
Project Task List
Plan and manage home improvement projects through task lists to keep you organised and on time. Use predefined lists giving you step-by-step tasks to start you off. We’ll even send you reminders to keep you on track.
Recurring Reminders
Current Askhomey users love our task manager to help stay on top of household tasks like home maintenance and finance. Now you can create tasks that repeat (e.g. weekly, monthly etc.) so you only ever have to enter them once.
Value My Property
We’ve partnered with the UK’s most accurate automated property valuation tool, SWIRB. Now you can get an up to date property valuation anytime and see when might be the best time to move or get a better mortgage deal.
Folders
Aside from adding documents to your property spaces and inventory, you can now organise them into folders. These folders can be shared, so if you’re selling your property you can create and share a folder of documentation easily with your estate agent, solicitor or bank.
