Communication from the start was right on the work was impeccable. What a great crew. They arrived on time. They were neat and clean tidy hi. Recommend this team. It was the teamwork. I saw the attention to detail excellent I. Didn't get the gentleman's name. Unfortunately, but he is an asset to your firm! Side note; replacing the tile shortly.

Shane and Brett were here to install our new windows. They were fantastic. They were on time, polite and explained everything thoroughly throughout the installation. They covered all surfaces inside and cleaned as they went and when they were done. We will have more windows replaced and will definitely ask for this team. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Our first work with Renewal and the experience was excellent. Did 14 windows and just added on new order for 2 sliding doors after talking with our installer, Victor and Rep Robert. The crew of Victor, Alex and Tony did a great job, excellent communications efficient detailed and timely. Had one issue of window damaged in shipment that will be addressed.
