12:40 PM Tue Jul 9, 2024 Very expensive. Their motto is profits over customer service. I know they were busy but nearly $50,000 of windows and doors took nearly a year to get installed. Appointments constantly moved and cancelled while I waited at home to find out they were coming "first thing tomorrow ". The front door was not manufactured with "impact windows " as we paid for, they had to come out and change...

My young lady Donna whom came to my home showed me videos and pictures, she was incredibly helpful and full of information for my questions. The people whom call you for appointments were wonderful and accommodating. The installers were wonderful explaining how to use and sending me a video. My experience was an A+. We had a storm smart motorized screen installed this past January. The process was simple and easy. Installation occurred quickly and every person we dealt with were professional, polite and did a quality job. Our sales person, Donna Smith, communicated to us frequently keeping us informed and provided follow up. If we need another, I would call them and ask for Donna every time.
