My lanai screen wouldn’t go down, using the remote, so I called to schedule service. Martha D. was the person who took my call, and after making sure I understood there would be a minimum service call charge, she suggested we troubleshoot over the phone. From start to finish this was one of the BEST experiences we have had! Our sales rep Donna w/Storm Smart was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get answerers for the arched opening on our lanai! The techs who came were courteous very neat and completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction! I would 100% recommend Storm Smart!

Ordered windows in October 24 installed May of 25. Major issues didn't request permit then they didn't request second permit. Installation caulking was terrible on outside of windows couldn't get anyone to paint as they said they would. During the wait no one answered phones or calls back. Drove 45 miles to speak to manager at their office was advised no one was there. Finally I was able to get head finance person on phone...
