Completely impressed with this company! I never used them before but I called and they came in two hours. The repair representative Gaspare was excellent. He cleaned everything, found our generator issue and had it repaired in 45 minutes. He explained everything and showed me where the leaking occurred. He simply suggested slight maintenance with no pressure. He performed that, again with explanations. The bill was more than fair. I wish I could give them...

West Coast Generators are very professional. They show up by the time they agree and their service goes beyond expected. Last time they performed service to my generator, the technician caught a propane leak in the tank and the gas company had to come and change some valves from the tank. Thank you for not limiting your work to just the generator!
